Terms & Experience Guidelines

Welcome to Divine Libations. By booking an experience, purchasing products, or attending an event, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payments

All experiences must be paid in full at the time of booking.
All sales are final. No refunds.​

Reschedules are permitted up to 2 hours before your experience and must be used within 60 days. One reschedule per booking.​​

2. Age Requirement

All guests participating in wine experiences must be 21+ with valid ID.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone unable to provide proper identification.

 

3. Late Arrivals

Experiences begin promptly at the scheduled time.
Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late may not be accommodated.

4. Guest Conduct

Divine Libations reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe.

We are here to create a beautiful experience for everyone.

5. Product Purchases

Wine purchases are final sale.

Shipping is only available where legally permitted.

 

6. Assumption of Risk

By participating in any experience, guests acknowledge that they are voluntarily engaging in activities involving food, beverages, and alcohol.

 

7. Media & Photography

Photos and videos may be captured during experiences for marketing purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify a team member upon arrival.
